Terms of Service

By using the Overdoz Bot ("Bot"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Bot.

Overdoz Bot provides Discord server management features including:

• -Member application and recruitment system
• -Private voice channel management
• -Activity tracking and statistics
• -Moderation tools (kick, ban, mute, timeban)
• -Server event management
• -Logging and audit features

You must be at least 13 years old to use Discord and this Bot. By using the Bot, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

You agree not to:

• -Use the Bot for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• -Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the Bot's functionality
• -Abuse Bot commands to harass or harm other users
• -Circumvent any access restrictions or security measures
• -Use automated systems to interact with the Bot maliciously

The Bot requires certain Discord permissions to function properly. By adding the Bot to your server, you authorize it to:

• -Read and send messages in designated channels
• -Manage roles and channels as configured
• -View member presence and activity status
• -Manage voice channels for private room features
• -Kick, ban, and timeout members (when moderation is used)

The Bot collects and stores certain data to provide its services. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

We strive to maintain high availability, but the Bot is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee:

• -Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• -Compatibility with all Discord features
• -Permanent availability of any feature

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Overdoz and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Bot.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Bot at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Bot.
